Return Window

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 5 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Innerwear, personal care, and hygiene products.

Items clearly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Products damaged due to misuse, alteration, or missing original packaging.
Return Process & Fees

To initiate a return, email us at support@justbuyz.in or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9518582528 with your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return.

A standard return/reverse shipping fee of ₹49 will be applicable on returns and customer-rejected deliveries, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to the original payment source.

COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI ID provided during the return request.

Initial shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
